1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

• 7–14 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

3. Delays

Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or customs. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
